CreativeGrounds wanted to throw a luxurious garden party in the middle of a residential neighbourhood in Amsterdam-Zuid. With good sound for the DJs and the saxophonist, and as little impact on the neighbours as possible.
Five years of CreativeGrounds: a luxurious garden party in Amsterdam's Oud-Zuid
At Creative Grounds we like a chic look in everything we do. We had already taken care of every detail of the event ourselves, and the audio, booth and visuals blended in nicely: not in the foreground, but as part of the overall look & feel.
APPROACH
We used powerful short-throw systems that don't carry far. During the party we measured the sound level regularly. Light, sound and the latest DJ gear supported the programme.
RESULT
Speeches, DJs and musicians flowed seamlessly into one another. The guests were dancing all night, without causing excessive disturbance to the neighbourhood. The equipment blended in the entire look & feel.
