Which mix determines the price of light and sound for your event?

BACKGROUND

Every event is tailor-made, so we always price on request. Where possible, this page gives an indication.

BUSINESS EVENTS

Guideline
10 to 20 percent of the event budget, depending on the size of the event, the budget and which extensions are chosen on top of the basics.
Basics
Light, sound and speaker amplification, including transport, setup and teardown, operation and presence on site. The audiovisual services support the experience.
Extensions
For example a livestream, video screens, digital voting, a panel discussion, video production, an aftermovie or photography.
Also decisive
How complex the run sheet is, how many rooms there are and how many technicians are needed.
More than 20 percent
Sometimes the audiovisual technology is not supporting but the core of the experience, as with brand events and product launches. The price then reflects that the technology is a larger part of the event.

DANCE EVENTS

Guideline
A rental price that is standard in the market for comparable equipment.
What you get
Latest-generation equipment, carefully chosen and put together for the room and the type of event.

WHICH FACTORS AFFECT THE PRICE?

  • the size, acoustics and location of the room
  • the size of the light show and whether a truss construction is needed
  • size and complexity of the programme: several rooms, presentations, video playback or other things that need someone present
  • the duration: how long the event runs and whether it spans several days
