What we process
If you send us a message via WhatsApp or e-mail: your name, phone number or e-mail address and the content of your message. We use this only to answer your question and, if it leads to a job, to carry out and administer that job.
For a job: the details needed for the quote, agreement and invoice. We keep invoices for seven years, as required by law. Other data we keep no longer than needed for the purpose you gave it for.
This website uses no cookies, no visitor statistics and no trackers.
Technical service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When a page loads, Cloudflare sees your IP address and the page requested, as any hosting provider does.
Messages via WhatsApp (Meta) and e-mail (Apple's iCloud Mail) are processed by those services under their own terms.
We do not sell data and do not share it with others, except where needed to carry out a job, for instance with a technician or artist from our network, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data via maarten@hear.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
