Business events: from clear speech reinforcement to music at the afterparty
AUDIENCES

Corporate events
Corporate events come in all shapes and sizes. A staff party for a 100th anniversary. A product demonstration. A seminar or round-table, with microphones for the speakers.
These jobs require a high attention to detail. Keynote speakers who need to be clearly heard and seen. The technology has to suit the room and the brand. And the atmosphere needs to shift smoothly between lectures and celebration.
Thinking along earlier, if you want<
On request, Maarten joins earlier in the process, to think along about the concept, the run sheet and the translation into light and sound. You can also come to us for advice on the communication around your event:
- Invitations and other materials
- Speeches and presentations
- Corporate video or aftermovie

Where needed, we visit the venue beforehand and tune the sound to the acoustics. If a technician is involved, we schedule a short online briefing so they know in advance what is going on.
Where music and identity meet
Then there are business occasions that ask for something extra, where identity, technology and music meet. Maarten Versteeg has done this as a DJ for brands for years. Choosing the right music for a catwalk, for instance, agreeing beforehand on the collection and the sound that suits it. Or the music for the launch of a new line of watches in Basel, Switzerland. With 25 years of corporate communications background, we know what brand management is about.
