A municipal organisation in The Hague holds a large networking event every year around a social theme. This time the focus was on the opportunities of young people: how do you increase their prospects and prevent them from drifting into criminal behaviour? Around 500 guests took part in lectures and workshops, followed by a networking evening.
HEAR provided light and sound for a programme that combined lectures, meetups and networking. Wireless lighting kept the look clean and avoided cables on the floor. After a series of lectures and workshops for around 500 guests there was a cocktail hour: a few hours in which the atmosphere moved seamlessly from a ‘serious’ event to networking and dancing.
The client appreciated the attention to detail and the polished look. With the music being modern yet accessible.
